These terms are the ground rules for using this site and its free tools. They are short on purpose. By opening the pages or using a tool, you agree to them; if you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You must be 18 or older
Lottery results are adult content. Use this site only if you are at least 18 years old and lotteries are allowed where you live. Each Indian state makes its own decision under the Lotteries (Regulation) Act, 1998, and some ban lottery tickets altogether. Checking that it is legal for you is your responsibility.
Information only
Assam Lottery Result is an independent information website. We are not the Assam State Lottery or any lottery department, we do not sell tickets, and we do not take bets, payments or deposits. Nothing on the site is an offer to buy or sell a ticket, and nothing is a tip or a prediction.
No one may use this site’s name to collect money from you. If someone does, it is a scam and you should report it; our contact page explains how.
No guarantee of accuracy or timing
Results are read automatically from public result lists and shown as we receive them. We try hard to show them correctly and quickly, but we cannot promise that every number is right, that every series appears on time, or that alerts and emails reach you.
The printed official result always prevails. Before you claim a prize or throw a ticket away, check it against the official result yourself. The disclaimer describes these limits in more detail.
Using the free tools
The ticket checker, photo reader, camera scan, My tickets, alerts and email are provided free and “as they are”. We may change, limit or stop any of them at any time, for example to keep the server running for everyone. Some tools have daily or hourly limits; when you reach one, please wait or type the number instead.
Upload only photos of lottery tickets. Do not send pictures of people, ID cards, bank cards or anything unlawful. How we handle the data the tools need is explained in the privacy policy.
Alerts and emails you sign up for
Sign up only with an email address that is yours, and turn on phone alerts only on a device you use. Do not enter someone else’s address; the confirmation step exists so that nobody receives our email without asking for it.
You can stop any alert at any time: “Turn off” on the alerts page for the phone, “Unsubscribe” in any email. We may stop sending to an address that bounces or a device that no longer accepts notifications.
What you may and may not do
Reading results, checking your own tickets and sharing a page link with friends are exactly what the site is for. Some uses harm other readers, so they are not allowed.

Scraping the pages at a gentle pace for personal use is tolerated, but heavy crawling that slows the site, or reuse of our pages to run a copy of this service, is not. We may block addresses that break these rules.
Our content and our name
The lottery numbers themselves are public facts and belong to no one. The way they are presented here — the page text, the design, the tools, the rhino mascot Rongo and the site name — is our work and is protected by copyright and trade-mark law. You need our written permission to reuse it beyond what the table above allows.
Names of the lottery and its series are used only to identify the draw. Links to other websites are for your convenience; we do not control them.
Limits of our responsibility
The site is free, and you use it at your own risk. As far as Indian law allows, we are not liable for any loss caused by an error, a delay, a missing alert, a misread photo or the site being unavailable — including a missed claim or a lost ticket. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the law that cannot be waived.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the site or the law changes. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply to you from then on.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute about them falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of India. Before going that far, please write to us at [email protected] — most problems can be sorted out with a short email. You can return to today’s Assam lottery board whenever you like.
