Spotted a number that looks wrong, a tool that will not load, or a message that misuses our name? Write to us with the form below. A real person reads every message.
Prefer email?
You can also write to [email protected]. Use whichever is easier for you; both reach the same inbox. The form needs no email address, but leave one if you would like an answer.
We usually reply within two working days. Reports of a wrong result are looked at first, because people may be checking tickets against that sheet.
Reporting a wrong number
To check a report quickly, we need to find the exact line on the exact sheet. Please include:
- The draw date — the date printed on the ticket or shown at the top of the sheet.
- The series — Dear, Rosa, Kuil, Future, Singam, Abble, Thangam, Nallaneram, Kumaran, Swarnalaxmi, Vishnu or Lion. Singam and Lion are two different series.
- The prize — 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th or 6th.
- The number you saw, and where you saw it — for example the printed result sheet from a ticket seller.
We compare your report with the published result lists. If our sheet is wrong, we correct it and rebuild the pages, including the day page and the chart. If our sheet matches the lists, we tell you so. Either way, the printed official result is the one that counts for a claim.

Reporting a tool or page problem
If a page will not open, the checker gives a strange answer or the photo reader keeps failing, tell us what you were doing. Helpful details are the page address, your phone model, your browser (for example Chrome or Samsung Internet) and what you tapped just before the problem.
For a checker answer that looks wrong, add the ticket number, the date and the series you checked. Please type them rather than sending a photo of the ticket. If alerts do not arrive, first try the steps on the alerts page, including the test button — most alert problems are a blocked permission or a battery saver on the phone.
Reporting a scam that uses our name
We never sell numbers or tickets and never ask for money. We do not phone people, send prize messages or run any chat group that sells “fixed” numbers. Anyone who does this while using our name is not us.
If you were asked to pay a fee to receive a prize, stop replying and do not send money or bank details. Call the cyber-fraud helpline 1930 or report it at cybercrime.gov.in. Then tell us what happened, with a screenshot if you can, so we can warn other readers. The guide to playing safe shows the most common tricks.
Before you write
- To check a ticket, use the ticket checker — it gives you the answer straight away.
- For questions about prizes, tax or claims, the answers to common questions may already cover it.
- We cannot claim a prize for you or speak for the lottery department. Follow the claim rules printed on the back of your ticket.
- Never send a photo of your ticket together with your ID, bank details or passwords. We will never ask for them.
What happens to your message
Your message, and your name and email if you give them, are stored only so we can read and answer it. We do not add you to any list and do not pass your details on. The privacy policy has the full details. You can also go back to the home page for today’s numbers.
